Product Description
High temp class H nema 17 pancake stepper motor. Capable of operating temperatures of up to 180C on windings and body. This is the 1.8 degree version, we also carry a 0.9 degree version. This version is useful for those using 8-bit systems with interpolated stepping at 16->256 (Trinamic 2208 or similar) microsteps, and do not wish to change that for noise and/or quality reasons. Using 0.9° steppers on extruders, especially geared ones, do now show any significant increase in quality in our research. Gains are more prominent on the X and Y when comparing 1.8° vs 0.9° steppers. Compatible with Railcore II.
